Dog Groomer & Artist - Jia Ren

There are two passions in my life: animals and Fine art, so being a dog groomer is a perfect combination. 

With 12 years of hard work, I've developed a unique style of working method. I enjoy talking to my clients as much as handling their beloved dogs. It's more important to find out what clients want rather than simply do the traditional haircuts. Further more, the trend of "designer breeds" has created a variety of interesting cross breeds such as cavoodle, poochon, schnoodle - you name it! The cute teddy-bear looking puppies challenge traditional grooming codes and stimulate endless imagination of funky new styles. Therefore I encourage my clients to bring photos of dog models or just describe how you want to create a unique style for your special wee pooch.

At the end of 2021, I moved to Manly in Whangaparaoa and have found lots of new friends and lovely clients here. I still have clients from the west and they are so special for me. I will continue to provide dedicated grooming services and I'm looking forward to helping more fur friends here on the coast!
